We want you to love learning with Raku. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 15 days of your order date — no questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund:

  • Visit paddle.net and log in with the email address used at checkout
  • Locate your Raku subscription order
  • Follow the refund request process

Alternatively, you can contact us directly at hello@rakulanguage.com and we will forward your request to Paddle on your behalf.

Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days. The timing may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.

Subscription Cancellation

Cancelling your subscription stops future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period. If you would like a refund for the current period, please submit a refund request within the 15-day window.
